A talented team of gardeners
We’ve been recruiting gardeners for over 15 years and know exactly what it takes to find knowledgeable, personable and trustworthy horticultural experts. All of our gardeners are trained to RHS Level 2, or equivalent, as a standard. We personally interview all of our candidates face to face and look for the passion, plant-knowledge and good old-fashioned practicality that all the best gardeners have.

We take care to match the right gardener with the right garden, ensuring that each placement delivers the skills and experience to bring out the best in your green space – but our commitment to outstanding service doesn’t stop there. We also provide ongoing support to both our clients and gardeners – from advising on border design to in-house training for the all gardeners in the team.

Covering Surrey, Hampshire, West Sussex and bordering villages our team of over 45 gardeners are already looking after gardens just around the corner from you! Our team understand your vision for your outdoor space and collaborate with you to ensure that you reach and maintain this goal. We focus on building relationships, as well as gardening, so that your own unique requirements are prioritised. We bring immense horticultural knowledge, as well as a passion for gardens, and inevitably this isn’t limited to our working day. As a company we value continued professional development for our team within a nurturing and supportive environment, with regular garden visits and training sessions.
