Whether you’re an experienced horticulturalist or an amateur gardener looking to make gardening your career, we’d love to hear from you.

Joining our team will be the beginning of a journey of knowledge and creativity and a pathway into the vocation of horticulture within the Surrey and Hampshire.

We have an excellent support system within our network of local gardeners and enjoy a fabulous team spirit even when you are working on your own in a garden. All we ask for is a passion for plants and a willingness to grow knowledge. The journey starts here!

We provide our gardeners with a portfolio of clients that suits your skills and interests. We build your portfolio client by client, always giving you the option to choose which ones you’d like to add to your list. Our team are all self employed, giving you freedom and flexibility and enabling you to add your own private clients to your portfolios as your confidence grows. We simply ask for a commitment of 25 hours a month for Grayshaw & Yeo clients.

We have strong links with the RHS and in collaboration with their ‘New Shoots’ initiative can assist with work experience and mentoring opportunities at RHS Wisley that are short term and tailored to your requirements. We can also help with accessing funding for gaining further horticultural qualifications.
